After a very successful first couple of seasons, High stakes poker returned for its third installment with the primary aim of improving its overall presentation as well as the competitiveness of the various poker games that it features on television. Likewise, Chris Ferguson wants to share his poker skills and talent that earned him a total of five World Series of Poker bracelets. Top ranked poker player Jamie Gold was also in for the first time at High Stakes Poker Season 3. Phil Ivey, which is also known as the Tiger Woods of poker, does not want to miss the excitement and craze brought about this televised poker series. Gabe Kaplan, who also served as one of the game analysts for this major poker event, went out of the backstage and moved into the casino floor to experience what it takes to compete with some of the best players of the game.
